Shipping policy

At Electric Leo, we do our best to ship ear candy to their 'forever lobes' quickly. We take great pride in our packing and ensuring that all orders are accurate and arrive safely. Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process your order.  At checkout, domestic customers can select from express and standard postage options. Please note that express shipping does not mean express dispatch. Orders are packed chronologically.

Domestic Rates

Standard - $10.50

Express - $12.50

International Rates

Currently we ship to New Zealand, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore.

If you want to purchase from another county not listed above, just send us an email and we will attempt to accommodate your request.

All International orders are shipped via standard air mail at a flat rate of $23.00. Please note that transit times maybe up to 6 weeks. If parcels can not be delivered to your international address and you are unable to be contacted, the package will be abandoned due to the high cost of return postage.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land where our earrings are lovingly created, the Gubbi Gubbi (Kabi Kabi) people. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. Our designs are inspired by creativity, connection and self-expression, and we recognise that we create on land with a deep and enduring cultural history.
