Refund policy

Please choose your ear candy carefully by considering the dimensions and weight of earrings in the product description. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings due to change of mind, or incorrect choice. However, if you have any issues with your order, such as faults or incorrect items sent, please contact us. If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photograph prior to opening the parcel so that we can verify the parcel damage with Australia Post.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land where our earrings are lovingly created, the Gubbi Gubbi (Kabi Kabi) people. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. Our designs are inspired by creativity, connection and self-expression, and we recognise that we create on land with a deep and enduring cultural history. We are grateful to be part of this place and community.
